I Have placed the order for MI Power bank on[protected], payment also made & Shipment mentioned that it will be delivered within 3~5 days
Till now no information or Update related to Product delivery, find the attachment for proof

Daily I called to Customer care and their stores 3-4 times but no body is there on other to respond, only can hear recorded voice. Also tried to track order status on their web site but no shipment found. I have sent mail to their id provide on site asking for delivery status but did not get till date. Most of the company have registered office at Bangalore, Mumbai, New Delhi...

I have used PAYU gateway for transaction and had requested them for solution but still problem is not resolved.
