I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Acer India regarding an unresolved warranty replacement issue for my Acer monitor (Model: Acer Nitro VG240YS 23.8 Inch) / Product Serial No. MMTDNSS0033110D2364238).
I purchased the monitor on [[protected]] and it developed a fault on [05-04-23]. I reported this issue to Acer India and filed for a warranty replacement. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past six weeks, Acer India has failed to provide a concrete resolution or a specific timeline for the replacement. Their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, and I am constantly being redirected between email and call support without any substantial progress.
