Shouryapuram — regarding refund

I have booked a flat in shouryapuram nh 24 ghaziabad. And gave a cheque of rs. 17720.00 cheque no.062848 bank name. Indian bank. Date. 12.7.17

After 3-4 days of giving the cheque, we have requested them to refund our money due to that area found not feasible.

So i requested them to refund but they told go to their business partner hunt property when we told hunt property the said to go shouryapuram's owner.
Hunt property has been gave us noc too.
Now its been two year shouryapuram's did not take this issue seriously.

I need my money back.
