Show Room, 2001 Kinari Bazar, Chandni Chowk Delhi 110006 — Not return the refundable token money

I would like to inform you that we have visited to show Room lahnga shop for purchasing the lahnga at 2001 Kinari Bazar Chandni Chowk Delhi on 05-September 2020.

We have given them refundable token money of amount 3100/ on same day because they were forcing us to giving some advance that’s why we have give them token money.
After two days we refused to purchase the lahnga and request for refund the taken money they said us that we will transfer your token money into your account through phonpe and i gave them our phonpe no. But they did not transfer the money next four days after that i went to delhi ftom Meerut for getting my money back but they gave the excuse that owner is not here and said that we will transfer you tomorrow.

Next day i called them then they gave the excuse again that we will transfer next week.

I want to tell you that they are fooling me when i make a call they always extend the time.
Today when did make a call to Owner they told me that don’t bother me and we will transfer your money and cut my call. Then i made a call again but owner put up my no in black list.

So please sir it is my humble request to please take any action against him because they are fooling the customer.

Please take any action. I have mentioned the owner’s detail above and token money card also attached.
