This is regarding SHRAVANTHI CASTLE, Btm 2nd stage which is a project of Shravanthi Shelters.Below i have listed all the bad practices of them:
1) First of all let me tell you this property costed 1.25cr without any amenities and it's not worth the money we invested.
2) I have seen that the promised generator backup has not been in use from the time we moved in. So if you are stuck in the lift and power goes off then you can imagine the state of passengers inside it !!!
2)The construction quality is too bad.
3) The common amenities that they promised in the beginning are not provided as per the brochure.
4) Here they still haven't provided with cavery water connection and we owners have raised a complain to the builders many times but they are least bothered to provide any help.
5)Name transfer of ownership is yet to happen for Electricity meter etc.
6) The behavior of management is also very rude.Some of the people even talk very abusive.
BEWARE... People buying property from Shravanthi Groups please please please rethink you can find better property for a better rate with amenities elsewhere.
