We purchased bajaj avenger 220 cc on 3rd february from shree amba bajaj, udaipur. After4 months i faced problem with battery. Frequently bike stopped automatically so on 20th july i called shree amba bajaj and shared my concern regarding this problem, they asked me to check bike in service centre. At that time service centre person told me that everything is okay in bike and if you faced problem again then bring it back they will changed the battery. Again bike stopped working so i went back with bike at service centre on 13th august 2018. Temporary solution he provided me and asked me to check battery at some other place where they have contact for battery service. There place person informed me that battery is damaged and i have to leave battery at service centre so that they will arrange new battery for our bike. On 23rd august i have submitted battery for change, battery company name is exide. Today it is 6 days passed but still we have not received new battery and today when i take follow up he told me that more 2-3 days it will take to provide me new battery. Now without bike i am facing problem for my routine work. Shree amba bajaj centre not giving proper response, service is worst. Was this information helpful? |
