On 1st of May I sent courier from Surat to Vasai Road. But courier man send the same to your Vashi office. Now your courier company man told me today is not possible to send from Vashi to Vasai Road due to distance even though mistake of his staff.
Courier is much important to deliver today
If mistake is done from your Staff, why we are suffering.

I have couriered a parcel on 13/08/2018 and it had not reached howrah till 25/08/2018. When I called the courier service they said it had reached howrah but hadn't.Poor service😔😔
