Hello,
I had paid 3000 in two equal instalments to balaji car driving school owner (Sunnyji - [protected], [protected]) in february 2016. The first instalment was paid on the first day of training. The second one was paid after a week.
The training was to go on for 15 days (30 minutes daily), as told to me by sunnyji. Hence, the total training hours should be 450 minutes. However, after the first week of my training, jat agitation began in gurgaon, due to which my training had to be stopped temporarily, until the situation calms down.
After a few days when the situation was under control and things fell in place, my right forearm got injured on feb. 28, 2016. I got stitches. Hence, i could not continue with the remainder training.
I had informed sunnyji about my injury, and that i will call him back once i am fit to resume the training. He had agreed to this.
I wound got healed properly and my stitches were removed/opened after almost 15-17 calendar days. Since thenafter, i have been following up with sunnyji to complete my remainder training for 7-8 days. I have called sunnyji several times, had sent several sms, and also whatsapp messages to complete my training, but i have not yet received the remainder training from them.
They have an attendance sheet, with the days i had attended training. I had also maintained my attendance in my diary at home.
Can someone please help me get the remainder 7-8 days training, or help me get a partial refund?
