Shree Energy Developers — Not responding to my calls and email

Dear Sir, I purchased flat in Classic Residency, Ghaziabad in 15.5.2011 and builder committed date to deliver the flat in 2013 on Agreement ( Prepared on Stamp paper). Till now, Flat is not delivered to us. I paid all the demanded payment on time but payment slips were not delivered on time. I called the person responsible for the payment slip/Building the project and he found that no body is lifting the call and no body is taking responsibility to answer the customer call.
