I want to cancel my plot under shree govind real structure pvt. Ltd. My plot total area is 119.62sq yards and total cost is 1, 65, 793 i purchased this plot in october 2012 but from last 5 years they are not able to give me possession for the same and now they are not responding. The director of this shiv pratap harsana never pick the phone and his staff member mukesh kakani always provide me fake information. I have all the call recording with me and now i want to file the case of forgery and women harassment.
