My sister gave the shipment which had medicines for courier to dubai from Vasai branch. This guy name Ketan from Mahavir Courier Express Vasair branch took the cash 5K, all documents and medicines but it has not yet been dispatched and now he is not answering our phone calls and also he is not available in the shop
When I called to their Mumbai office and spoke to Sukhdev and Msyur who said they cant do anything and we must approach vasai branch guy name Ketan. I tried calling this guy Internationally from dubai and he kept ignoring our calls. Till date no updates. So basically I would say Shree Mahavir Express Courier is fooling people by taking money and no service.
