I am Mr. Sanap, I have booked a flat from Shree Morya Tech Infra Pvt. Ltd and the builder name is Avinash Raskar . I have paid 3 lacs and even after 2 and half year they never started the project. So i decided to take refund. They told to fill refund cancellation form. But never refund any amount. They are avoiding to pay. Please take necessary action against this builder.

I am Mamta Roshan Bhandari, I Have also booked a flat from Shree Morya Tech Infra Pvt. Ltd. builder name Avinash Raskar. I have Paid 8.5 Lakhs & construction has not been started yet. Whenever I call them they always avoid my calls & also their number has not been contactable, I m so worried about my money even they are unable to pay their office rent and finally their office has been closed. I request to all please do not book a flat from this fraud builder.
