Shree Sharadamba Motor Driving School — Refund of fees

Dear Sir, I signed up for driving lessons from this school in August 2014. I just had one class and they asked that I pay half the fees 1500 in advance which I did. After that the classes never took place, I was given some excuse or the other. They are not providing classes or refunding the amount. I would like to register this complaint and get my money back.
