Shree Siddhi Vinayak Motor Driving Training School — Delay in DL

I got my 4wheeler LL from KA51 and went to them for DL training. They said to get license also from them. Now I completed my classes and they are delaying my DL slot.
1. Neeladri, EC Branch giving Jayanagar(KA51)DL:
After many follow ups they scheduled my DL test slot in KA05(Jayanagar). Seems they have “setting” there only.
2. LL and DL from different RTOs:
But my LL is from KA51 and thats where I stat So I asked them to provide KA51 DL.(Also LL and DL should be from same RTO. God knows what kind of corruption they are doing)
3. Abusive and harassing:
When I insisted that license legally should be from KA51, one of the staff started abusing me and demeaning me saying, “you will fail in KA51..”, etc.
4. unnecessary follow ups:
Now in office they say call up Anand Sir(the owner) and on fone Anand sir says “ talk in the office” They have taken full payment and now giving dates to follow up by “next Sat”, then on Sat, “next Friday”
