I am a customer with shreenath hyundai - govandi workshop. I am a second owner of a hyundai i10 (Mh-03-bh-7510) with the previous owner also being a customer of this organisation.
On the 14th of june, i had posted an issue on this page & am yet to receive a resolution!!
Sub standard service
1) water spray not fixed
2) horn stopped working - again
3) air pressure in spare tyre not checked – i had to bear the inconvenience of a flat stepney when 1 of my wheels was also flat
Inaccurate billing
1) foam cleaning of the car charged at rs 2100 – commitment of rs 1500
2) front wheel left guard charged at rs 362 – commitment of rs 300
3) front brake pad replacement or cleaning (Both sides) is billed at rs 310 – rate chart shows rs 280
Scam
1) shreenath hyundai is offering false discounts to customers. They are increasing prices of certain items on the bill & then giving out a small discount!
2) shreenath hyundai is siphoning money from each customer in ‘unnoticable’ amounts.
Example above – rs 30 made of the brake pad. Let’s just say they have a 5000 customers, that’s rs 1, 50, 000 made by just making a small adjustment on the bill.
I have spoken to mr prashant kamble, mr ajay mahajan, mr sameer, mr satish & ms pravina from the organisation & sent emails to customer care for a suitable resolution. I have received none so far that match the inconvenience which i am made to bear. A couple of the above employees insist they have done nothing wrong while some have stopped responding to my calls/texts. Was this information helpful? |
