I have bought their mivi duopods m20 true
wireless bluetooth headset on[protected] and they stopped functioning properly around may end.
Spoke to company executive, returned the product to their facility in hyderabad. Since then no proper updates or not responded properly regarding the issue. It has been 4 &1/2 months since my complaint has been registered, but not yet been solved.
This has caused heavy inconvenience to me.
Thus request to look into the matter.
