Respected sir/madam,
I am Aditi Uday Deshpande writing this letter to get justice. Sir I was studying in first year of BAMS in Shri Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya Nagpur. I continued preparing for NEET along with BAMS. Now I am getting admission in MBBS as I got good marks in NEET.
I went that college to withdraw my admission. As per brochure of maharashtra counselling, 3 lakh rupees of penalty is expected. But when I went to college to withdraw my documents, the Principal forced me to pay penalty of 3 lakhs rupees along with fees of whole 5.5 years of BAMS (1.5 lakhs). It is illegal. And Principal and staff also misbehave with me and my parents . They also didn't give valid justification for that extra 1.5 lakh rupees.
After enquiry, it is confirmed that the college didn't demand the extra 1.5 lakhs rupees to the students who taken admission with me through NEET 2021 and withdrew admission after getting MBBS seat through NEET 2022 . They gave only 3 lakhs rupees of penalty. After enquiry it is also confirmed that none of other colleges didn't forced anyone to pay both penalty as well as fees of whole 5.5 years .
Sir/Mam, I belong to the middle class family, my parents don't have money to pay fees of first year of MBBS . College Principal doing this corruption with every student. Please help me in this scenario. Please take strict action against the Principal of the college and make them compelled to return me the extra 1.5 lakh rupees.
