I had booked flat in shri bhumi realty pvt ltd from mr h k debnath on 03.03.2013 by rs.1.0 lakh.
On 16.02.14 i again given rs.1.7 lakh.
On 30.09.15 i cancelled my booking for refund of rs.2.7 lakh i paid.
By till date nothing happed.
Once mr. Sagar ganguly director of that project contacted me that new office opening at 26/9, sahapur colony east, new alipur, near bata showroom, mob-[protected].
Now no one is picking phone.
Pls help.
