My ID is # 3 [protected]. My Consumer is # CX 8002350. I booked my Gas cylinder onNovember 25th, 2015 over phone. Cash Memo No: [protected] was generated for booking No 247726. I was given an SMS on Nov 26th 2015 as usual. Unfortunately the cylinder is not delivered till date. During the last delivery they demanded Rs 660 from me against the bill amount of Rs 594. I gave them only Rs 620 - Rs 26 extra. But they did not like that and even abused me. This could be the reason why they are not delivering the cylinder till now even after 20 days. Please arrange to deliver the cylinder ASAP.

Delivery boy would be Extra money collected from customers.
My bill amount is 795.5.but he was add extra amount rs .65 totally I paid 860
