We bought an LG refrigerator purchased on Sep 6th, 2019 from Shri Meenakshi Fan House Private Limited, North Car street, Srivilliputtur. We called them for service in August, 2019. But they refused to come saying Corona as reason. Now, when we went yesterday, they said our warranty is over and authoritatively told that we can go to LG if we want. I brought my new tv on 17th aug 2019 in shri Meenakshi fan house @ madurai..iam watching the tv my screen automatically changed into the multi color rainbow colour screen..no external damages occured how come it is possible to have this fault in live when watching tv..please do the needful..we using all brands as samsung brand in my home..no proper response from your team..i need to be replaced my tv..poor response from your side..it makes me doubtful for choosing samsung for future appliances in my home ..very upset on your side of response..do the needful
