I too ordered the same bathroom slippers and did not receive the advertised product. I paid through cash on delivery and tried to call the company but they never pick up the call.

This site is Fraud, I got cheated. Gave the slippers to my wife as a gift but totally surprised & disappointed.
This were the slippers, I want to create awareness for my fellow Indian brothers & sisters, please beware of this site. Don't get cheated. Stay safe.

Ordered on 04/11 on seeing ad on Instagram.
Delivered on 08/11.
Called them continuously on 09/11.
Today morning 11/11 received a call and a lady spoke. She told 'Sorry for sending wrong product. You need not return the Product. We'll refund you half amount (400) in Google pay'
When i asked ' What about the other half amount ?'. She replied 'As per Online company Policy only half amount will be sent as refund' and cut the call. I have been calling her for past 2 hours.
I asked her for the address so i can send the courier and i will bear the courier charges. She din tell any information at all. Such cunning fellow and fraudster. Instead of doing this they can do some other demeaning business.
CALL THEM CONTINUOUSLY! THEY GOT TO REPLY!

Dont accept this. File a police complaint. If their names appear in various police stations all over the country their operations will shut down. File a Cyber crime complaint. From teh number of complaints it seems they are doing it deliberately. They dont have an email or address. Clearly it is a fraud operation.

I just received the full refund of 799 for the same product.
The lady who spoke was first reluctant and was telling me only half the amount will be sent as refund(You'd have red in my previous post). But i kept on calling them like 60 times or so and kept warning them that 'They have NEVER MENTIONED IN WEBSITE anywhere that only 50% can be refunded in case of a wrong product. As a consumer i can sue your website and the seller incase of such fraudulent that can cost them lakhs as penalty for distressing the consumer'.
Then she told i'll reach out to main branch and regarding full amount refund and you can expect the refund in 24-48 hours.
36 Hours after the call i received the full amount as refund. We have all the rights to get the full refund back. Be patient enough to knock them out.

how did you return the product? Did they first take it back and then tell you that they will give 50%? In my case they have not got back to me at all.
Same experience, got cheated with the slippers. I am trying to call the number of shri ram traders, no reply after 23 calls.

No other option we've got. As I mentioned in the timeline, Thay can call you in 3 days from delivery (08/11 delivery and 11/11 call received).. Still try calling them whenever you are free..

It is a fraud operation. They are banking on the belief that no one will complain for a Rs 799/- product.
Go to police and file a complaint. Then the cops will book a cyber crime case and then they will be made to run around the country and refund everyone. Recently an mobile phone insurance company tried to avoid paying me for phone damages because I did not upload the complaint after they sent me a link.. I did it after 20 days by which time my policy expired. I lodged the complaint and sent photos but did not upload. I told them that for Rs. 8500 they are going to face the music and reputation will be screwed. They paid me after 10 days. Same with these rascals too. File a compliant.

They should be jailed for cheating people, I had given order for red slipper shown in their website priced rs799 but what I received was this slipper, tried calling their no but no answer, this is just an awareness for people so that they don’t get cheated like us.

I have same complaint. I received bathroom slippers in place of shoes. Also while I ordered this product I received mail from doomonline and not any shopping site. I want my refund.
this is outrageous, how websites like Instagram and Facebook allow such cheating to happen thought their platform. are they also involved in it. i too got a different product than what was displayed on their site. so so unhappy. can we not recover our money someway.

same happened with me and i bought @COD and had to pay Rs. 100 more towards that so I paid 899.00 for a product not worth more than Rs.50.00 please need help in getting the refund as there is no reply from the company's end...
