After multiple phone calls and emails to [protected]@shrikrishnshray.com, & calling the company board line numbers[protected], there has been no response from the company.
life-threatening mishaps have happened due to their faulty switches.
Neither the builder SS Reality nor the Vendor Shri Krishnashray has not taken responsibility for the issue since Nov 2020.

Due to the bad switches our 2 AC compressors when bad and we had to replace the AC units.
MCB also got fired and the wiring and switches were replaced on multiple board units.
