We have purchased vehicle no. Pb06q3336 through shriram automall india limited, amritsar from shiv shakti motors. Shreeram has taken commition. The represantative of smil has firstly hold all the documents of the vehicle and didnt submitted us till 2 months so we were not able to run the vehicle. And
Regarding the same vehicle, vehicle no. Pb06q3336. The representative manager mr. Adish jain from amritsar shree ram auto mall has committed to pay vehicle tax till date, the same was paid but he has hide some of the charges along with the tax. The delayed tax penalty didn't paid by smil amritsar which was already committed to pay, due to the same till date we are not able to transfer vehicle on our name. We have informed mr. Adish to pay pending tax penalty once we came to know regarding the same, at that time he has asked us to pay and commited to return the same amount once we submit payment receipt. We have now paid the same and asked smil amritsar (Mr. Adish jain) to reimburse the same since 15 days but no one has initiated any steps to reimburse the amount. We are very unsatisfied with your service. Please let us know the authority to escalate this matter. Hear penalty receipt is attached for your reference. The feedback is very negative and bad due to behavioral aspects of coordinators.
On the other side, we have paid auction deposit of rs.20000. And participated in auction 2 to 3 times at amritsar. We have given the vehicle bid amount as demanded by shree ram finance, amritsar, but due to personal interest of local representative they are intentionally holding the vehicle. We are continuously doing follow ups to smil amritsar but due to some personal economical benefit coordinators are not responding properly.
