Shriram Chits — Auction amount not issued

I am A. Mathiazhagan member of chit ( Branch/Group/TKT : 4380/84008/20 ) and I have allotted auction on 10/10/15 at Shriram Chits Mogappair branch. The next day I met the branch manager Mr. Anbarasu and got the documents need to submit. I have submitted the document on 20/10/15. I have been discussing with Agent (Mr. Loganathan), Branch manager (Mr.Anbarasu), Divisional manager(Mr. Senthil), HO (Mr. Sivaraj) and director PA (Mr. Sivakumar)for the past 60 days and I am not getting firm confirmation The branch manager forced me take insurance and I have refused. He is now purposefully delaying for last 2 months. The service is very in Shriram chits and No there is No response from them. I need money very urgent . Kindly take necessary action.
