[Resolved]  Shriram Chits — Chit bid Prize money not given for 3 Months

The bid was done on May 12-2014 towards Chit 76015/34 I have submitted all my documents which they asked. Till today i have not received my payments & its already crossed 90days now

After chit bid branch person told me with in 45 days cheque will be
Given but same is not happened. From 46th day till date they given
10times commitments during all my visit which is all failed

Branch head manager/DGM Mr.Prabhakar is does not lift his phone and
Answer and gives reply, whenever i visit branch somebody will be there
from branch they will call to prabhakar he will take their call &
inform them to tell one date so base on that person will give commitments,
if i go next time on committed day, before discussed person will be not
there or if there also that person will not come for talk other new
person takes entry with giving same story & i met 07People till date no body stick on their commitments.

Last 18days back Mr Prabhakar fianlly committed that 10th Aug he will be giving cheque without fail, 10th is Sunday so i called him on 11th aug 2014 morning he told me to come @ 5;30pm for collecting cheque then again same day 5:30pm he called and told me cheque is ready just pending for signature so come 12th Aug 2014 Morning @ 11:30am so i agreed & visited than again same story repeated saying cheque will be ready @ 12:30pm so will give cheque between 3;00pm to 3:30pm coming to Kammanhalli your office same not happened after that i called him till now more then 40times & sent sms there is no replay for anything, again today morning i visited branch he was not there his employee called him he picked her call & told her to send Head office & switched off his phone


If i go branch that people will tell visit head office, in head office no body responding & Mr Nagaraj (Sr.Customer service head) he says cant able to do anything from head office need to contact branch only

Branch is Bangalore, Karnataka ( Wilson Garden)

I am just stuck with this company please advise getting my money immediately
