Shriram Chits — Irresponsible behaviour of staffs

Hi team,

We are the customer of Shriram chits and almost two chits we invested, .Due to some personal emergency we took 10 lakhs from outside people for interest and to repay it we planned to take on of our chit on surity basis..the team committed to pay the amount last month before 20th itself (confirmed by regional manager)know and submitted all the relevant documents..whenever we follow with them they are coming up with new new requirements..may be your team is not capable enough to collect all the relevant documents in first go.last one week no one picked up our call and This week when again we called they are asking for one more document ( they didn't call and inform us..when we asked they are telling this is pending)this un necessary dragging by your team made us to pay 2 months interest..if this dragging is as per protocol pls educate your team about the proper timeline and not to give any wrong committments to the customer..Also would like to understand when our chit will be processed..we are not satisfied with your scheme's and definitely will suggest friends and family not to invest in Shriram .
