I took the two wheeler loan from the Sriram city finance, when i took the loan executive said it was comes auto debit, for the reason only i took the loan, before taking the loan i said must and should need the auto debit because for for my work purpose, i was moved to different places so I'm not able to pay physically and not able to come regularly for this payment, At the time of loan taking they accepted that and they said just 1 or 2 months u can pay physically they after it will move to auto debit they only i can accept this loan, after 5 months also it was not come to auto debit, i was reached the branch ask they they suggested me the mobile app(shriram city), u can pay the loan amount in any where like that they suggested,
From past few months i was paying the loan amount through mobile app, paying amount on are before due date but this month also im trying same thing, in the mobile app its showing like this (error occurred, please try again)- below attached the screen shot also) its showing same thing from last 3 days, they i was call to the customer care the said it will be rectifying with 48 hours like that they said, today morning i got call from this number-[protected](G Brahmam), from Chilakaluripet branch, he said me the amount through google pay oar phone pay i will pay like that he saying for that i said how can i believe u i did't see u before also, i don't want to send the amount to you, i will pay through mobile app or els i will go the nearest branch for the payment, i didn't believe this kind of activities, like that i will give the answer to him, for this he was using abusing language (i will send the call recording -Evadura niku loan echimdi ani irrespective and vulgarity ga matladaru), this is what your Shriram city employee's give the respect to the customers, check my loan track and I'm paying regulars before the due date, this time also its not my fault its all about ur server and mobile app issue, he speaking the careless and irrespectively, i[censored] guys can continue with this employee you guys will loss ur reputation and good will,
