Myself a. Rajeshwar reddy, i have purchased a flat in upagna homes venture at timmapur, karimnagar district, telangana state. Managing director sri narotham reddy promised that he will hand over the flat within 6months after booking. But three years has passed away. 80% of flat cost taken by them but still work is going on and i am ended up in paying the installments without bieng in flat. As promised the builder has not handed over the flat and did not built any amenities like swimming pool, community hall, internal roads, approach road, temple, children park etc and also has failed to conduct a lucky draw of prizes which he promised. Now the managing director sri narotham reddy does not turn up at the location but his employees are doing the regular work of construction of houses which were pending for handing over.
