High light bill.Need to solved immediately.

i am attaching my new meter form and well as long time back light bill compalin but no one as solved my high bills problems please requesting you ... To see that what possible you can do becouse of no use they are sending me high light bill i dont use ac, washing machine, or ironing machine nothing only fan i use 3 lights and refregerater. 2 years back mylight bill came 500 then 1000, then 1500, and now 2600 what is this ..I[censored] donesnt solve my problem i see that i go for high authority no matter what happen.
