Shubham Sarkar — heard disk warranty

I have heard disk (hdd), I did online registration on may 2 for hdd warranty, and my warranty was expire on 2nd may, but i am not get any pickup call, why should i not get any pickup call, sir help me with your concern or else i will go to consumer forum.my pic no is PICSGT14071922, above I told seagate customer care, but they did not give any response to me, I have all the documents of online heard disk warranty registration, the registration is valid from 6days after registration, today is running 5 day.because of weekend I have already lost 2 days, sir help me as soon as possible my phone no is [protected], lived at BURDWAN, small town of West Bengal.
