I have been a regular customer since 2012 and have purchased many products at your store.
Could you please kindly help me with this.
I bought Seagate 500GB Hard disk at Shweta Infotech - CTC parklane and it is not working. I have already got a replacement three times earlier but the replaced hard disk is also not getting detected.
It is very hard coming to Shweta Infotech again and again during this pandemic. I have already visited the store 6 times for the same issue.
Please kindly help me.
