Shyamoli Paribahan — Misbehave by driver and staff

Respected sir
Please refer my 02 mar 22 mail to you regarding inconveyance faced by me during journey from durgapur to kolkata on 01 mar 22.
Till this time I have not received any response from your office.. Please look into the case on priority. We expect from a such reputed company staffs should be polite and to follow the company rules. Where as your company staffs are very much desperate and having very much rude behaviour towards passengers travelling.
