Shyamoli Paribahan — Rude behaviour of staff

The bus attendant was very very rude and misbehaved with the customer. Staff was very unruly and has no customer service experience. This will be the last time I will be travelling in Shyamoli . My seat number was 1 and the bust timing was 10:45 and my destination was Baguiati. Please provide adequate training to the staff as we spend so much of money not to be treated so badly
