Two of my international shipments were not delivered afteer months of pickup. No status update. Multiple followups on calls and mails, but no relosution. I had to refund the money to my irate customers because of non delivery of their orders. I had requested SHYPMAX to return the shipments
1. SHPMX[protected] (Product value 215USD) - Return Still not returned. Status still showing held in customs.
2. SHPMX[protected] (Product Value 111 USD) - The status is still showing Air cargo assigned since 29th Aug. No update on whether it is in India or US. I had requested for RTO.
Please help in getting my products/ my money refunded. There is no escalation matrix available at Shypmax. Just a support emailid and the cc number. Was this information helpful? |
