Yesterday evening i was going to siba honda at-rairangpur po-rairangpur ps-rairangpur dist-mayurbhanj pin-757043 for puchase a honda activa 4g, and i told the sales manager that i want to puchase scooty with out acessories but, he told me that its compulsory to puchase scooty with all acessories, otherwise he will not sale scooty without acessories. But how its possible that is their any rule???
