We have paid for the garden facing flat. But when we move-in, there is NO GARDEN. As per the plan showed to us 3 years back, the place support to be a garden, now it becomes parking space. I have sent an e-mail to the Senior Manager at customer care since October 2014, until now the matter still pending. However I will give them sometime to return back my money before I bring reporter to put this kind of news in newspaper so that whole WB peoples will know about this. For the new buyer, next time please asked them to put this matter in the Sales & Purchase Agreement so that you all will not facing the same problem as I do. I also didn't encourage my friends who are interested to buy flats here.
