SIR/MADM i had purchase hikvision 16 ch DVR from siddhi securities mumbai he told for two years warranty, purchase date 8 july 2021 but after two month mother board is burned so i sent to him for replace he ask for three month time for replace and ask for some charges so i told him ok replace it but now after 4 month he is telling cant replace so please sole my this priblem
