Sigma Couriers — credit card statement not received every month

I never receive credit card statements at my given office address, though sent emails and made multiple calls to your pune customer care team.

I am receiving email from Sigma courier and ICICI each month for delivery which never happens.

can you ensure, i personally receive the credit card statement each month.

My ICICI bank parcel was there to signature courier they had send you 7june and you can't reach with me..I had complain your customer care also but they are also cheater
