Sigma Couriers — Delivery of my cheque book

I have received message from icici bank regarding dispatch of cheque book vide awb no. 26439838 dtd. 01.12.2015. Now today is 05/12/2015. How much time your are taking for delivery? till i have not received my cheque book. This is not a way to service.

Waiting from last 10 days to receive ICICI credit from Sigma courier. Stay in Mumbai prime location still facing problem.
