On 23rd Oct'15, I (consumer no:[protected] went to collect the 2nd gas cylinder from local gas distributor (code - 167177). At depot office I had requested to provide me a gas cylinder. After listening my request, the on job executive had told me forcefully to purchase one solar light along with the cylinder. After receiving gentle refusal from my end, he had started questioning me vehemently. What products had you purchased during 1st cylinder collection. I told him, only gas regulators had been purchased by me, as it was not working properly but other products were available earlier. But still he kept forcing me purchase the solar light along with 2nd cylinder. After clear refusal from my end, he generated the invoice. He had included "Administrative Charge" & "Stamp Duty" along with "Deposit amount for cyl & dpr" plus "domistic cylinder 14.2 kg". I had asked about "administrative charge" & "stamp duty" but did not receive any satisfactory answer. During 1st cylinder purchase the same charges had been put on me. I am really confused about these charges.
