The society sigrun splendor chsl gokhiware, vasai (E) got agreement copy of my flat c-702 from the registrar office by paying rs 2500/- and then raised the amount in my monthly maintenance bill of feb-2020. Whereas no such notice was issued to me by society that any such charge of rs. 2500/- would incur for obtaining agmt copy from registrar office.
