Hi,
My Name is Vinuth BR, In the year 2011 I had registered for
MBA(HR) from Sikkim Manipal University with Student Id[protected], Vijaynagar
Branch. I have completed my 3 semesters now and had got a call in the month of
Jan 2014 stating that 5th Feb 2014 is the last date to register for my last
semester to take up exam in the month of August. With great difficulty and pain
I immediately arranged for the amount as I really wanted to complete by this
August 2014 and made the complete payment of Rs. 15150 thro' card for which I
was not provided any bill r receipt telling its already closing Hrs and they
will mail me soft copy of it.. I gave enough call to the management for the
bill bt it went to vain. When i asked for the update of course ware in the
Student Portal of Sikkim university Mrs. Jyothi Councellor who is taking care
of my registration process tld me it takes time to update in the system
Yesterday dated 03 June 2014 I happened to call Jyothi
councellor of vijaynagar branch enquiring for my receipt again and about the
exams.. She told me in a very cool way that my registration is done for Summer
Fall and exams are conducted in the month of October 2014. I asked her how
could this happen when I made my payment on time. She gave me the reason of
management not updating my registration for August Exam and they have registered
my name for October by mistake.
She gave me some irrelevant helpdesk contact no of Sikkim
University which was of no help wasting my money and precious time of my
working hours.
The other shocking news i got to know thro' help desk is my
payment was done in the month of Apr 2014 and May 2014 Respectively in two instalments, wherein I have made complete payment thro' card.
I kindly request you to look into the matter seriously and
take action on the management of Vijaynagar Branch. Mrs. Jyothi (Councellor)
and Sandeep (Branch Manager).
