Sir,
I had registered yesterday for offline examination for btech course in smu
And i received the mail in which the user id and password was given
For login and purchasing the prospectus, i continued it and my
Transaction was successful as i saw a message in the website that my
Payment was approved but then no website opened it remained showing
That my payment has been approved and it has been deducted from my
Bank account and when i again logged in it is again displaying that i
Need to purchase the prospectus.
Kindly, please refund back my amount of rs600 in my account or please
Send me the prospectus with online application form.

I used the axis bank master debit card for the transaction.
