[Resolved]  Sikkim Manipal University — False Charges been charged and dening for Refund

Dear SMU Helpdesk, I am Yogesh Vishwakarma (Roll No. [protected]), having very small issues for which I am suffering from past 2 Years. Writing again the whole drama which is been played and I am looking for justifiable way through it. 1. Issues: 1. I got drop in BCC 204 (it’s a Mathematics Subject and I can't practice without any session), for which my center is asking for Re-sitting Fees of 400 around. 2. 2. I am being regularly charged Rs. 1900 per semester as Tuition Fees, whereas there is no Tution or online lecture or anything is provided which fulfills this amount. With regards to same I am doing regularly and regress follow-up with my Learning Center and SMU Helpdesk as well. My Learning Center is not answering anything on Rs. 1900 (Tuition Fees per semester) and about BCC 204 they are asking Re-sitting Fees as mentioned above: Whereas when I contacted to SMU Helpdesk, they said that, “It is been charged for Tuitions Only which is Online Lectures (WHICH IS NOWHERE AVAILABLE-in any Form of mode for ME)”. This is being followed up since my 2nd Semester started (As per Promise of CP Careers (LC)). NOW as per above mentioned, I am asking for refund against those NON-PROVIDED FACILITES which is Rs. 7600 for last 4 times I paid unnecessary, which is my actual right to ask for refund and no one could denied, and BCC 204 Re-sitting Fees have to be submitted by CP Careers as it’s their fault that they were unable to fulfill their promise. I Hope I have given all necessary details to you, which is really sufficient to resolve this and looking for positive resolution (Before I pay 5th Semester's Fees) from ALL.
