On 11/9/2014 i have paid my fee from debit card of amount 4690/-, and i got msg on mobile saying amount debited from my account but they say they didnt get any amount..and the person by name Padma who swipe the card says kindly contact the bank and when i contacted my bank they shows the tranaction sucessful...but the sikkim manipal university associate SIMAT colleage is not aceepting...after one month also they did not inform the main office in bangalore...and when i complaint it online to university people they says the problem is with the SIMAT colleage they did not send my application to head office..and i got a call from bangalore -south head office...saying my amount is lying in there account with no action...then i have mailed to SIMAT colleage university they just didnt solved my problem and dint even informed me any thing if i loose my semistetr then i will case a legal action on both SIMAT and sikkim manipal university...kindly look into this matter...People i was in contacted was Padma from SIMAT colleage, Raghunath Naik from Sikkim Manipal University...

I already checked with my banker & other officials at the bank & also contacted all the related & responsible people from my bank over phone & by visiting at branch findings from bank reveals that the transaction that i did at SIMAT was a successful transaction & amount Rs 4690/- has been debited for the same immediately, & on receiving call from Mr Pradeep from SMU Bangalore headoffice ([protected]) confirmed me that amount has been recieved & lying as surplus & unclaimed amount & the only thing causing problem is SIMAT PEOPLE DINT NOT SUBMIT MY RE REGISTRATION FORM hence i request you to innitiate SIMAT to SUBMIT my Re Registration form & close the issue at the earliest failing which i will lodge a police complaint at concerned Police Station & taking Legal help.
