Sikkim Manipal University — I have recieved wrong degree certificate

My name is Aakash Ramesh Kothari, Roll no -[protected], I have completed my Bachelor Of Business Administration (B.B.A) from your institute i.e. Sikkim Manipal University through distance learning education facility provided by your university in the academic year 2012 to 2015 from Nasik, Maharashtra center.
As on successful completion of above mentioned course I have received a Degree certificate, but the name on certificate is printed as Mangeshkar G M which is mistakenly delivered on my address. I request you to kindly regenerate degree certificate in the favor of Aakash Ramesh Kothari .

So, I kindly request you to look into the matter and do the needful.
