Sikkim Manipal University — Misguided and not giving the proper information about examination

I am studying bsc it sem i in smu from distance learning. They give me helpline no [protected] for any query but they do not respond on it. I received a text sms in my phone, they texted me that my exam held on after 28 june but i m not getting any date sheet of my examination, information about center. Today 19/06/2017 and they do not give any information about examination and during admission they told me that your exam held on august. It's not possible to prepare my self for exam in this conditions. They are playing with my career.
