This is regarding the poor service of your organization
till then i have joined your MBA Course i am facing the
difficulties.Before the enrollment the executives of your organization
entertained a lot by doing regular followups and after the admission i
am following your institute for everything and also not getting any
proper responses for my queries.
Today again i had faced disaster as today i had to appear
for my examination at your provided center in computer junction pvt ptd
f- 62 okhla phase 1, i reached the centre @ 8:30 am and i was not able
to login on your system and the person available in the center (exam
instructor) asked to draft a mail to your organization, i did the same
but there was no reply from your side, i called on your helpline number 5
times but i got the same response.Afterwards the center head misguided
me for drafting a mail for rescheduling the exam by mentioning the wrong
reason of "not being present in Exam center because of illness".
I am totally frustrated with your organisation with such a false people and the service.
In this regard either reschedule my exam or i want my fees back otherwise i draft the mail to consumer
