Sikkim Manipal University — Re sitting fees

On 6 may due to heavy traffic in the city i was only 5 min late for my examination to the centre, i did not do such thing intentionally then why i need to pay the fees again for such examination . Neither i have attempted the exam nor have a back in the same. I even sent u a mail immediately after reaching home please do check it and let me book my exam without any fees as this time i am not so financially strong to do so. please help
