I Was searching for the mba colleges one find day i got a call from Ms Divya jain ([protected]) about some colleges and since it was genuine i felt to trust her so there is this college KCM BANGLORE she was trying to connect me to this college which she recommended and lot of discussion she said i need to pay 500rs and then told me to fill the form, i completed the process and was waiting for the interview call This college was just in my list i did'nt really wanted by i was not sure about my exam so i just thought to keep it as backup plan, Divya told me the amount is refundable and if i want another college a some amount will be deducted and they will refund it since i was working at that time i didn't really had time and i heard from colleges as well we can take refund too, after interview i was told to book my seat by paying 25000 Divya told the amount will be refended but there was nothing like that this thing was done in december month ans i got my results in some days and i got another college i told her i need to cancel the admission since i got the admission in some other college from this day divya was not responding properly i wrote so manny mails to the college there was not a since update from the college, its been a month and everytime i call the college they told the process will take time, stuffs now today by frustration i called the college 40th time the kcm college Hr picks up the call and says the fee is not refundable when i havent given any documents how can they say it is not refundable i need help from the forum both the party is invvovled and they are constantly doing such things i worked relly hard to save this money and i cant afford to let go like that request you to please help me in this matter
